The attendance fee for meetings is £20 (if paid in advance) or £30 (when paid at or after the meeting). Cancellations with more than 48 hours notice - no meeting fee payable (and if fee already paid, it will be carried forward to a subsequent meeting) Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice (and No Shows) - the meeting fee is payable (and no credit carried forward).
